Cr\u00e9er un moule demande du temps, de la patience et du mat\u00e9riel, et une rupture pr\u00e9matur\u00e9e repr\u00e9sente une perte sur tous les fronts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien que le silicone soit un mat\u00e9riau robuste et \u00e9lastique, il n&rsquo;est pas indestructible. La rupture peut survenir pour plusieurs raisons, allant du choix du mat\u00e9riau \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re dont le moule est manipul\u00e9 lors du d\u00e9moulage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans cet article, nous analysons les causes principales de la rupture des moules et les strat\u00e9gies pour prolonger leur dur\u00e9e de vie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pourquoi le silicone se d\u00e9chire-t-il ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La rupture n&rsquo;est presque jamais le fruit du hasard. Les causes les plus fr\u00e9quentes sont li\u00e9es \u00e0 des contraintes m\u00e9caniques ou \u00e0 une d\u00e9gradation chimique :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Contre-d\u00e9pouilles excessives :<\/strong> Comme nous l&rsquo;avons vu pour les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reschimica.com\/it\/27-gomme-siliconiche\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">moules difficiles \u00e0 d\u00e9mouler<\/a>, forcer l&rsquo;extraction d&rsquo;un objet d&rsquo;un moule qui pr\u00e9sente des angles trop complexes finit par \u00e9tirer le silicone au-del\u00e0 de sa limite de rupture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u00c9paisseurs insuffisantes :<\/strong> Un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reschimica.com\/it\/27-gomme-siliconiche\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">silicone insuffisant<\/a> cr\u00e9e des parois trop fines qui ne supportent pas les tensions r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9es du d\u00e9moulage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Entailles et amorces de rupture :<\/strong> Une petite incision caus\u00e9e par un cutter ou un ongle peut devenir le point de d\u00e9part d&rsquo;une d\u00e9chirure plus grande. Si votre mod\u00e8le pr\u00e9sente des formes complexes, choisissez une gomme avec une haute <strong>r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la d\u00e9chirure<\/strong> (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement des silicones d&rsquo;addition haute performance).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. G\u00e9rez correctement les \u00e9paisseurs<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Assurez-vous que le moule a une \u00e9paisseur uniforme et suffisante (au moins 1 cm pour les moules \u00e0 coul\u00e9e) pour absorber les contraintes sans se rompre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Utilisez syst\u00e9matiquement un agent de d\u00e9moulage<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reschimica.com\/it\/27-gomme-siliconiche\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">agent de d\u00e9moulage<\/a> r\u00e9duit la friction entre l&rsquo;objet et le silicone. Attention aux outils tranchants<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Lors du nettoyage des bavures ou de l&rsquo;ouverture d&rsquo;un moule bivalve, soyez extr\u00eamement prudent avec les cutters. Une lame qui glisse peut cr\u00e9er une entaille invisible qui condamne le moule \u00e0 court terme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le r\u00f4le de l&rsquo;huile de silicone<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour redonner de l&rsquo;\u00e9lasticit\u00e9 \u00e0 un moule qui commence \u00e0 durcir apr\u00e8s de nombreuses coul\u00e9es, certains professionnels utilisent des sprays lubrifiants \u00e0 base de silicone. Cela aide \u00e0 r\u00e9hydrater superficiellement le moule et \u00e0 r\u00e9duire l&rsquo;adh\u00e9rence chimique de la r\u00e9sine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Checklist pour prolonger la vie du moule<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La gomme choisie est-elle adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 la complexit\u00e9 du mod\u00e8le ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur des parois est-elle suffisante pour supporter les contraintes ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ai-je appliqu\u00e9 l&rsquo;agent de d\u00e9moulage avant chaque coul\u00e9e de r\u00e9sine ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Est-ce que je manipule le moule avec pr\u00e9caution lors de l&rsquo;extraction ?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Un moule en silicone est un outil de pr\u00e9cision qui m\u00e9rite soin et attention.
