Les <strong>probl\u00e8mes de catalysation<\/strong> sont non seulement frustrants, mais ils peuvent aussi ruiner le mod\u00e8le original, le rendant difficile \u00e0 nettoyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si le silicone ne durcit pas, ce n&rsquo;est presque jamais d\u00fb \u00e0 un produit d\u00e9fectueux, mais plut\u00f4t \u00e0 des facteurs externes ou \u00e0 des erreurs de proc\u00e9dure qui ont interrompu la r\u00e9action chimique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans cet article, nous analysons les causes principales pour lesquelles le silicone ne catalyse pas et comment \u00e9viter de g\u00e2cher votre travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les deux types de \u00ab\u00a0blocage\u00a0\u00bb de la catalyse<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Il faut d&rsquo;abord distinguer deux situations :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Le silicone est rest\u00e9 totalement liquide :<\/strong> Erreur de dosage ou de m\u00e9lange.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Le silicone est durci partout, sauf au contact du mod\u00e8le :<\/strong> C&rsquo;est ce qu&rsquo;on appelle l&rsquo;<strong>inhibition de la catalyse<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cause 1 : Erreur de rapport ou de m\u00e9lange<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le silicone est une chimie de pr\u00e9cision. Si vous utilisez une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reschimica.com\/it\/27-gomme-siliconiche\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">gomme siliconique d&rsquo;addition<\/a>, le rapport est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de 1:1. Une erreur, m\u00eame l\u00e9g\u00e8re, peut bloquer la r\u00e9action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Poids vs Volume :<\/strong> Utilisez toujours une balance de pr\u00e9cision. Les composants n&rsquo;ont pas la m\u00eame densit\u00e9 ; mesurer au volume (avec des gobelets doseurs) est souvent impr\u00e9cis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>M\u00e9lange incomplet :<\/strong> Si vous ne raclez pas bien le fond et les parois du r\u00e9cipient, des parties de composant A ou B resteront \u00ab\u00a0pures\u00a0\u00bb et ne durciront jamais, cr\u00e9ant des zones collantes dans le moule.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cause 2 : L&rsquo;inhibition (Le grand ennemi)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;inhibition se produit lorsqu&rsquo;une substance pr\u00e9sente sur le mod\u00e8le ou dans l&rsquo;environnement \u00ab\u00a0empoisonne\u00a0\u00bb le catalyseur du silicone, l&#8217;emp\u00eachant de durcir uniquement sur la zone de contact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les substances les plus dangereuses pour le silicone d&rsquo;addition sont :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Le Soufre :<\/strong> Pr\u00e9sent dans de nombreuses p\u00e2tes \u00e0 modeler (plastilines) non professionnelles ou gants en latex. <strong>N&rsquo;utilisez jamais de gants en latex<\/strong>, pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez le nitrile.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>L&rsquo;Humidit\u00e9 :<\/strong> Un mod\u00e8le en bois humide ou un environnement trop riche en vapeur d&rsquo;eau peut compromettre le r\u00e9sultat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Certaines r\u00e9sines 3D :<\/strong> Les r\u00e9sines de st\u00e9r\u00e9olithographie (SLA) non parfaitement post-trait\u00e9es contiennent souvent des composants qui inhibent le silicone.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Amines et \u00c9tains :<\/strong> Pr\u00e9sents dans certains types de mastics ou de silicones de condensation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>Utilisez le code BLOG5 sur le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reschimica.com\/it\/27-gomme-siliconiche\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">shop<\/a> pour une remise suppl\u00e9mentaire.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cause 3 : Temp\u00e9rature trop basse<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La chimie aime la chaleur. En hiver, assurez-vous que les composants et l&rsquo;environnement de travail sont \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature ad\u00e9quate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment r\u00e9soudre et pr\u00e9venir<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Le Test pr\u00e9ventif :<\/strong> Si vous utilisez un nouveau mat\u00e9riau pour votre mod\u00e8le, faites un test sur une petite zone pour v\u00e9rifier que le silicone durcit correctement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Nettoyage du mod\u00e8le :<\/strong> Nettoyez bien le mod\u00e8le avec de l&rsquo;alcool isopropylique (si le mat\u00e9riau le permet) pour \u00e9liminer les r\u00e9sidus de graisses ou de substances inhibitrices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Utilisez un scellant :<\/strong> Comme nous l&rsquo;avons vu pour les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reschimica.com\/it\/27-gomme-siliconiche\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">mod\u00e8les poreux<\/a>, une couche de vernis acrylique peut isoler le mod\u00e8le et emp\u00eacher l&rsquo;inhibition chimique.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gants en Nitrile uniquement :<\/strong> Jetez les gants en latex pour \u00e9viter toute contamination accidentelle par le soufre.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Checklist anti-\u00e9chec<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ai-je utilis\u00e9 une balance de pr\u00e9cision ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ai-je m\u00e9lang\u00e9 pendant au moins 2-3 minutes en raclant les parois ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mon mod\u00e8le contient-il du soufre ou du latex ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La temp\u00e9rature ambiante est-elle sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 20\u00b0C ?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Un silicone qui ne catalyse pas est presque toujours le signal d&rsquo;une \u00ab\u00a0pollution\u00a0\u00bb chimique ou d&rsquo;une inattention lors de la pr\u00e9paration.
